Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 383-C:7-704

  • Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
The commissioner may enter into agreements with any regulatory authority having jurisdiction to examine out-of-state trust offices of trust companies. For those examinations, the cost shall be the same as that provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 383:11.
