I. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, a travel retailer whose insurance related activities, and those of its employees and authorized representative, are limited to offering and disseminating travel insurance on behalf of and under the direction of a limited lines travel insurance producer meeting the conditions stated under this chapter, is authorized to do so and receive related compensation, upon registration by the limited lines travel insurance producer as described in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 402-L:3, II(a)(2).
II. Travel insurance under this chapter may be provided under an individual policy or under a group or blanket policy.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 402-L:4

  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4

III. Eligibility and underwriting standards for travel insurance may be developed and provided based on travel protection plans designed for individual or identified marketing or distribution channels, provided those standards also meet the state‘s applicable underwriting standards.
