Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 428:25
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
All fresh eggs for human consumption sold, offered, exposed or advertised for sale at retail, or wholesale, or exchanged or distributed at retail, or wholesale, within the state shall be plainly and conspicuously marked and identified with the word “fresh.”
