Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 5-C:108
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Vital records data or copies of vital records that directly or indirectly identify individuals shall be made available for health-related research purposes upon receipt of a written application and approval of the state‘s vital records privacy board for health-related research pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 126:24-d.
