- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
The officer shall cause an attested copy of the execution and of his return thereon to be filed with the clerk, treasurer, assistant-treasurer or cashier of the corporation, and shall pay for the recording thereof.
