Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 535:18

  • Writ: A formal written command, issued from the court, requiring the performance of a specific act.
If the grantee fails to fulfill the decree according to its terms, upon scire facias to him, a final decree shall be made that his claim is forfeited, and a writ of possession shall issue thereon.
