- farm: means any land, buildings, or structures on or in which agriculture and farming operations or activities are carried out or conducted and shall include the residence or residences of owners, occupants, or employees located on such land. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:34-a
Where contiguous land which could be classified as land under qualifying farm structures is located in more than one town, compliance with any minimum area requirement pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 79-F:4 shall be determined on the basis of the total area of such land, and not the area which is located in any particular town.
