Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 19:32-51
- County board: means the county board of elections in a county. See New Jersey Statutes 19:1-1
- Superintendent: means the superintendent of elections in counties wherein the same shall have been appointed. See New Jersey Statutes 19:1-1
All employees of the county board of elections of the county hereby are transferred to the office of superintendent of elections but the board of chosen freeholders may provide two clerks for the county board of elections and fix the salary to be paid to such clerks.
