Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 30:13-12
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
As used in this act, “Mantoux tuberculin skin test” means a test for evidence of tuberculosis infection involving the intracutaneous injection of five tuberculin units of purified protein derivative.
