Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 30:4-177.19e
- Department: means the Department of Human Services. See New Jersey Statutes 30:1-1
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
Any agreement entered into between the department and Rutgers shall be subject to the approval of the State House Commission.
