Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 30:4E-7
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Human Services. See New Jersey Statutes 30:1-1
As used in this act:
a. “Commissioner” means the Commissioner of the Department of Human Services.
b. “Program” means the Home Care Expansion Program.
