Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 32:18-20
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
If by death, resignation or otherwise, a vacancy occurs among those appointed hereunder by the state of New Jersey, the governor of the state of New Jersey is hereby authorized to fill the same.
