Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 32:22B-1
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The State of New Jersey hereby agrees with the States of Connecticut and New York, upon enactment by each of them of legislation having the same effect as this section, to the following compact:
