- person: includes corporations, companies, associations, societies, firms, partnerships and joint stock companies as well as individuals, unless restricted by the context to an individual as distinguished from a corporate entity or specifically restricted to one or some of the above enumerated synonyms and, when used to designate the owner of property which may be the subject of an offense, includes this State, the United States, any other State of the United States as defined infra and any foreign country or government lawfully owning or possessing property within this State. 3. Every identification card authorized by section 2 of P.L.1980, c.47 (C. 39:3-29.3) shall bear a color photograph of the person to whom it is issued and shall be issued upon the form prescribed by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission for color photograph drivers’ licenses, except that the card shall prominently contain the words “For Identification Only.” A standard identification card shall indicate that the identification card shall not be accepted as identification for an official purpose, as that term is defined under the “REAL ID Act of 2005,” Pub.L.109-13, any acts amendatory or supplementary thereto, and any federal regulations adopted thereunder.
