1. The Commissioner of Human Services shall not count months of emergency assistance, which were repaid to a county or municipal agency, in accordance with the agreement to repay, toward a recipient’s time limit, as established by section 8 of P.L.1997, c.14 (C. 44:10-51), for the receipt of emergency assistance.
