Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 52:14E-9
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
Payments out of the fund shall be made by the State Treasurer, upon certification by the council and warrant of the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting.
