Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 52:16A-28
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The council shall be the official agency of this State to receive and disburse all funds made available to the State Government by the National Endowment for the Arts or by any successor agency.
