Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 52:17B-41.16
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
Any surplus remaining in any year to the credit of the board, after annual appropriations made as provided herein, shall be paid into and become part of the General Fund of the State.
