Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 52:18A-253
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
5. The Department of the Treasury and the Department of Human Services shall take all actions required so that the program is treated as a qualified State ABLE Program under 26 U.S.C. § 529A.
