Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 52:28-16
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The aforesaid agreement, and every article, clause, matter and thing therein contained, shall be and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed on the part of the state of New Jersey.
