Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 52:3-6
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The State flag may be displayed on all occasions and in such manner as it shall be appropriate and lawful to display the flag of the United States.
