Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 53:6-12
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The conference may borrow, accept or contract for the services of personnel from any party State, the United States, or any subdivision or agency of the aforementioned governments, or from any agency of 2 or more of the party States or their subdivisions.
