Violation of any of the foregoing provisions [14-11-1 to 14-11-4, 14-11-7 N.M. Stat. Ann.] shall be deemed a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, such violator or violators shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100, nor more than $500.
