The commission may issue special nonresident bird licenses to nonresidents to hunt on regulated shooting preserves with the owner’s consent for legally propagated game birds upon the payment of a license fee of five dollars and twenty-five cents ($5.25).

The license must be carried on the person at all times when hunting on private shooting preserves.

Five dollars ($5.00) of the special nonresident bird license fee is to be paid to the state game and fish department. Twenty-five cents ($.25) of the fee is to be retained by the issuing agent.
