Any person who purchases a hunting or fishing license, or hunts or fishes during the period in which his hunting or fishing license, permit or certificate has been revoked or suspended in accordance with Section 17-2-10 or 17-3-34 N.M. Stat. Ann. is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided by Section 17-2-10 N.M. Stat. Ann..
