A person aggrieved by an order of the superintendent promulgating, approving or disapproving rates under the New Mexico Title Insurance Law shall have the rights to review and appeal provided for in Sections 59A-17-34 and 59A-17-35 N.M. Stat. Ann.. The request for review shall be filed no later than thirty days after the superintendent’s issuance of the order that promulgated, approved or disapproved the rates.
