The director is not entitled to any additional compensation because of his services as compact administrator under Article VII of the Driver License Compact, Section 66-5- 49 NMSA 1978 but may be reimbursed per diem and mileage expenses in accordance with the Per Diem and Mileage Act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 10-8-1 to 10-8-8.
