A distribution pursuant to Section 7-1-6.1 N.M. Stat. Ann. shall be made to the solid waste facility grant fund of the net receipts attributable to the solid waste assessment fee authorized under the Solid Waste Act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 74-9-1 to 74-9-42 less any administrative fee withheld pursuant to Section 7-1-6.41 N.M. Stat. Ann..
