A person who violates N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 77, Article 10 or any rule of the board made pursuant to that article is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be sentenced in accordance with the provisions of Section 31-19-1 N.M. Stat. Ann., and each day’s violation constitutes a separate offense.
