All offenses against N.C. Gen. Stat. § 143-114 and 143-115 shall be held to have been committed in the County of Wake and shall be tried and disposed of by the courts of said county having jurisdiction thereof. (1921, c. 232, s. 3; C.S., s. 7521 (c).)
