The declaration of public policy set forth in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 143-211, the definitions in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 143-212, and the definitions in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 143-213, applicable to the control and abatement of air pollution, shall be applicable to this Article. (1973, c. 821, s. 6; 1987, c. 827, s. 203.)
