The Governor, with the approval of the Council of State, shall adopt such reasonable rules, regulations, and procedures as he deems necessary concerning the allocation and reallocation by the Department of land, buildings, and space within buildings to and among the several State agencies.   • Department: means the Department of Administration, unless the context otherwise requires. See North Carolina General Statutes 143-336
  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the said district and territories and all dependencies.
