The North Carolina Sheriffs’ Education and Training Standards Commission, as created by Chapter 17E of the N.C. Gen. Stat. and laws of this State, is hereby transferred by a Type II transfer as defined in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 143A-6(b) to the Department of Justice. (1983, c. 558, s. 4.)
