  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

1.    The characteristics, qualifications, rights, limitations, and obligations of the delegates, including their selection and removal; 2.    Calling, noticing, holding, and conducting meetings of delegates; and

3.    Carrying on corporate activities during and between meetings of delegates.
