The liquor control commission may revoke or cancel any permit on its own initiative or on complaint of the division of liquor control or of any person, after a hearing at which the holder shall be given an opportunity to be heard in such manner and upon such notice as prescribed by the rules of the commission.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 4301.27
- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- liquor: include all liquids and compounds, other than beer, containing one-half of one per cent or more of alcohol by volume which are fit to use for beverage purposes, from whatever source and by whatever process produced, by whatever name called, and whether they are medicated, proprietary, or patented. - Person: includes firms and corporations. See Ohio Code 4301.01
