(1) The Legislative Counsel Committee and the public records subcommittee established under ORS § 192.499 may adopt rules applicable to deliberations of the committee and subcommittee under ORS § 192.485 to 192.513. The rules may enhance the opportunity for public participation in the deliberations of the committee and subcommittee, including through the live-streaming of meetings.

(2) All deliberations of the Legislative Counsel Committee and the public records subcommittee shall be conducted in accordance with the open meeting requirements of Article IV, section 14, of the Oregon Constitution, and rules adopted thereunder. [2017 c.654 § 5]
