Each city and county with land use jurisdiction within a regionally significant industrial area designated by the Economic Recovery Review Council may establish a fee for review of an application for an expedited industrial land use permit. The fee must be set at a level estimated to recover the full cost of processing an application, including the cost of appeals to a referee under ORS § 197.726, based on the estimated cost of the use proposed in the application. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 197.727
- City: includes any incorporated village or town. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
