The compensation for the county surveyor shall be as determined by the county court or board of county commissioners, and paid out of the county treasury upon order of the county court. [Amended by 1979 c.653 § 5; 1981 c.111 § 1; 1989 c.394 § 8]

Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 209.080

  • County court: includes board of county commissioners. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
  • County surveyor: means an individual appointed or elected to the office of county surveyor and who is responsible for performing the duties of such office as described by law. See Oregon Statutes 209.005
