The Department of State Lands may lease submerged lands owned by the State of Oregon for the purpose of harvesting kelp and other seaweed after consultation with the State Fish and Wildlife Commission. [Formerly 274.010; 1967 c.421 § 172; 1993 c.298 § 1; 2011 c.713 § 4]
