The records of registered bond ownership, whether maintained by a public body or otherwise, are not public records within the meaning of ORS § 192.311. [2007 c.783 § 69; 2017 c.456 § 10]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 287A.350
- Bond: means a contractual undertaking or instrument of a public body to repay borrowed moneys. See Oregon Statutes 287A.001
- public body: means state government bodies, local government bodies and special government bodies. See Oregon Statutes 174.109
