(1) For each calendar quarter, a state agency shall report to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services the number of state agency employees during the preceding calendar quarter who received a pay-line exception and the amount of each pay-line exception. For each calendar quarter, the department shall compile the results of the state agency reports and submit the results to the Legislative Fiscal Officer.

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.

(2) As used in this section:

(a) ‘Pay-line exception’ means any dollar amount added to the base salary of an employee, including, but not limited to, as a percentage of the base salary or as a specified dollar amount.

(b) ‘State agency’ has the meaning given that term in ORS § 291.263. [2013 c.722 § 65]

 

291.044 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS Chapter 291 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
