The State Treasurer shall prepare and keep current a list of agencies and instrumentalities of the United States with available obligations that any county, municipality, political subdivision or school district may invest in under ORS § 294.035 (3)(a) and 294.040. The list shall be distributed, upon request, to any county, municipality, political subdivision or school district. [1973 c.157 § 3; 1975 c.359 § 4; 1995 c.245 § 4; 2005 c.443 § 22]
