The Improving People’s Access to Community-based Treatment, Supports and Services Account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. All moneys in the account are continuously appropriated to the Improving People’s Access to Community-based Treatment, Supports and Services Grant Review Committee for the purpose of carrying out ORS § 430.231.
