Subject to any applicable provision of ORS Chapter 183, the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may purchase, possess, seize, transfer to a licensee or dispose of marijuana items as is necessary for the commission to ensure compliance with and enforce the provisions of ORS § 475C.005 to 475C.525 and 475C.540 to 475C.586 and any rule adopted under ORS § 475C.005 to 475C.525 and 475C.540 to 475C.586.
