In addition to any other liability or penalty provided by law, the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may impose for each violation of a provision of ORS § 475C.005 to 475C.525 or a rule adopted under ORS § 475C.005 to 475C.525 a civil penalty that does not exceed $10,000 for each violation. The commission shall impose civil penalties under this section in the manner provided by ORS § 183.745. Moneys collected under this section shall be deposited in the General Fund.
