The State Department of Fish and Wildlife is authorized to issue, upon application, to persons desiring to engage in the following occupations the following licenses and shall charge the applicable fees under the fee schedule in ORS § 497.061:

- Resident: means a person who has physically resided in this state for not less than six consecutive months immediately prior to the date of making application for a license, tag or permit issued by the State Fish and Wildlife Commission. See Oregon Statutes 497.002
(1) Resident annual fur dealer license.
(2) Resident annual taxidermist license.
(3) Resident annual wildlife propagation license.
(4) Resident annual fish propagation license.
