A person who operates or parks a motor-propelled vehicle in violation of restrictions established and posted under ORS § 498.152, and any owner of the vehicle who authorizes the operation or parking of the vehicle, commits a Class A violation. [1987 c.798 § 3; 1999 c.1051 § 194; 2011 c.597 § 65]
