The Oregon Wheat Commission may accept grants, donations and gifts of funds from any source for expenditure for any purposes consistent with this chapter which may be specified as a condition of any grant, donation or gift. [Amended by 1959 c.596 § 38]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 578.100
- Commission: means the Oregon Wheat Commission. See Oregon Statutes 578.010
- Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
