The Oregon Wheat Commission may cancel an uncollectible assessment consistent with ORS § 293.240. Subsequent collection of debt written off under ORS § 293.240 is governed by ORS § 293.245. [2003 c.604 § 74 (enacted in lieu of 578.180)]
