If the Secretary of State refuses to file a document delivered to the Office of Secretary of State for filing, the cooperative, in addition to any other legal remedy that may be available, shall have the right to appeal from such order pursuant to the provisions of ORS § 183.480. [1987 c.94 § 75]

Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 62.055

  • Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
  • Cooperative: means a cooperative corporation that is subject to the provisions of this chapter. See Oregon Statutes 62.015
